Former model Rachel Marete shares tips of losing weight

Former Miss Kenya Rachel Marete Mbuki has shared tips on how she managed to lose weight and what other women in general can do to find her success.

Taking to social media, the former model opened on different techniques she employs that have helped her get her sexy back with so much fuss and pressure.

Here’s what she said.

“I have been very open with my followers about the fact that I had my boobs done and some fat taken out of my mid section. Not that I was ever overweight or needed it. Guess what, I actually ended up gaining more weight than I ever had in my life afterwards and had to work very hard to lose the weight and get fit and healthy. No matter the plastic surgery procedure, one still has to stay fit and healthy to keep from being overweight. I can’t stand this breed of Kenyans that so miserable in their lives, they think attacking people from their key boards makes them something special,” she said.

Adding:

“OK, so I’m always getting a lot of questions about how I stay fit and I wanna share one of my most major secrets with you guys.

“Ok in my experience (and science too 🤷🏾‍♀️) the best way to lose weight is to ensure your body is in ketosis. Ketosis is the point at which the body is burning fat instead of carbs hence bringing about weight loss,

“Oh, and the other thing that’s helped immensely is quitting alcohol.

“I’ve been completely alcohol free for over 4 months now and I love it for many reasons (not just weight loss). So guys, this is my tip.
