Sauti Sol Member To Hold Grand Wedding In Rwanda, Guess Who?

One of the members of Sauti Sol is planning to hold a wedding in September this year, a source close to the highly acclaimed Kenyan band has divulged.

Polycarp Otieno, better known as Fancy Fingers, will be accompanied by his fellow band mates to Rwanda for the traditional ceremony that is referred to as Gukwa.

The function is somewhat similar to Ruracio – a Kikuyu traditional rite – since both involve the payment of dowry and the couple get to share a meal with their families thereafter.

Polycarp, who doubles up as the band’s guitarist and producer, has been dating a hot lass known as Amanda for the last seven years.

Amanda, who is a designer by profession, is often seen in the company of Polycarp at public functions and unlike the other Sauti Sol members, the latter has managed to keep his relationship on the down low.

It will also come as a surprise to many that his beau is not Kenyan but Rwandan. Maybe you had guessed because of her height. Maybe you hadn’t.

After dating for seven years, it was only a matter of time before Polycarp and Amanda formalized their union. Details of the event are still scanty but you should keep it here for any developments.
