Cooking has always been a fun thing to do especially if your love for food is as huge as mine. Pairing food with a good beer is all good but what if itold you thats not all you can do with your favorite beer! Did you know you can use beer in your day to day recipes? Imagine that! Not only do you get to drink it you get to eat it too. Welcome to my kitchen and lets get into it with TUSKER LITE and mind blowing simple recipes.
THE BEER BUTT GRILLED CHICKEN
Is there a bird that deserves the crown like a chicken? I think not! FOR all those chicken lovers like me, this recipe is simple and easy to do and guess what? You don’t even need an oven just some makaa and its a party. This rather strange method is actually very effective. The method of opening the upright beer can allows the contents of the can to evaporate and keep the meat moist during cooking. It also uses half the can so you can enjoy the rest of the TUSKER LITE while you wait for the bird to cook.
BEER BRAISED SHORT RIBS
Aaaah! Is there a better match than beer and some nice juicy ribs? I guess not and with a TUSKER LITE its even better. One dish in which beer is front and center is the braised short ribs, where the TUSKER LITE lager is combined with sticky treacle, ketchup and mustard to create an sycophantic marinade for an exquisite finish.
JAMAICAN GRILLED FISH
Spicy and satisfying! Famously prepared with the snapper fish this brilliant recipe pairs incredibly with the TUSKER LITE lager creating a smoky glaze for barbecued fish as it makes its way into the snapper. It a Caribbean party expulsion of taste.
ONION SOUP WITH CHEESE
Bring out sugar and spice this soup is everything nice. The secret being to let the onions cook for a long while to bring out the sugar which gives it a boost the TUSKER LITE boils down to a rich dark sauce. Some cheddar would marry perfectly as a garnish on this bowl of homie goodness.
Wow what a way to keep your cooking exciting with TUSKER LITE. Keep it lite!
