3 MEN ARMY & KING KALALA ON THE NRG RADIO B-CLUB SHOW

 3 Men Army & King Kalala host the best breakfast show in Kenya! The B-Club show is the favorite way for Gen Z’s to wake up every morning. The Breakfast Show is hosted by the @3men army :  Trevor, Dante, and Frank, also King Kalala and dj Cole Jaxx. The NRG Breakfast Club runs from 6:00-10:00 am every Monday to Friday.

The Breakfast Crew discusses general issues that happen in our day-to-day lives and the experiences that Kenyans go through day in and day out. These issues include relationships, breakups, comrade life, trending news topics, and gossip among others. On Mondays, the breakfast gang discusses issues to do with finance, the hustle, and career.

On Tuesday the topic of debate is usually about comrades / the youth and the challenges they go through without any income and only depending on parents for money. On Wednesday the discussion is all about relationship issues. For example, something a lady has done to you while dating or reasons for the breakup.

Thursdays are  ‘throwback Thursdays’. The 3 Men Army & King Kalala talk about something that happened when they were kids. Fridays are all about Nganyas (a convoy of super cool buses ) that usually go to different routes around Nairobi. The team gets to interview business owners, try street food, interview listeners, and do trending dance challenges with fans. This allows the fans to have one-on-one interactions with the presenters and share their feedback in person.
