Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua shows off his amazing sports outfit

In an exclusive interview with the deputy president Mr. Rigathi Gachagua, the deputy president told NRG presenters that the government was happy and willing to help the youth.

The deputy president was at the Youth Connect summit on the 11th of December at the KICC grounds in Nairobi.

The quite interesting interview took place inside a “Nganya” which is a famous NRG trade mark as the station majorly focuses on the youth.

The interview started simply with the deputy president showcasing his amazing outfits to the waiting press.

He was dressed in an all-black tracksuit that had a Kenyan flag as its sleeve with his trending nickname” Riggy G” as the logo on his clothes.

The deputy president praised the government by expressing and explaining how they care for the Kenyan youth. The Deputy President confessed that members of his work staff are mostly youths.

The Deputy President added that the lady who gave him the famous nickname also works for him as a digital communicator.

“Msichana mdogo alinipatia hiyo jina anaitwa Ivy, she is also working with me anatusaidia hapo na mambo ya digital communication.”

“Lazma tukae karibu na vijana wao ndio walitueka kwa ofisi, tena ndio 65% of the population, again ndio the present and the future.

He added that the future of the country is in the youth hence they needed to stay close to them to build the country.

“The future of this country iko kwa mikono ya vijana, sasa lazima mimi na rais tukae karibu na vijana ndio pia tuweze kuelewa ni nini inaendelea kwa sababu ndio wenye kuelewa maneno. 

Tena ndio wanafikiria haraka haraka, they have a lot of ideas tukikaa karibu na wao hata sisi tutachanuka tutaeza kuelewa”

He further said that it was the youth that handled all his social media accounts; he rarely does it himself.

“Mimi ni mara moja mostly kuna some young people who handle that for me.”

They finished the interview by requesting the deputy president to come for an interview at the NRG radio station in Westlands.
