During an episode of the show “Love in the Wild,” DJ Mo, a well-known gospel deejay, spoke about the positive impact of marriage on his life.
He co-hosts the show with his wife, Size 8, on TV47.
DJ Mo shared that being married opened his eyes in a significant way, revealing things he might not have experienced as a bachelor.
When asked by his wife, Size 8, about how marriage or a relationship had changed their lives, DJ Mo mentioned that apart from personal growth, his home now has items he wouldn’t have considered owning as a bachelor.
He surprised everyone by admitting that despite owning a car, his house had very few possessions at the time. The only meaningful items he had were a pot and a TV.
“Since I met you, apart from growing personally, I’ve also become more organized. You know, I used to have a car, but my house had almost nothing. There was just a pot and a TV, those were the only things. As long as I had a car, I felt okay,” DJ Mo said.
In addition to opening his mind to owning things, Mo also said that Size 8’s arrival in his life taught him financial discipline.
“Also, life growth—you realize that now money is for this and that, to build, you can’t waste money on this. But I’ve also grown to the extent that I’m now a father. Honestly, I’ve become a very different person,” he added.
The couple has been married for over 10 years and is blessed with two children.
