Quincy Brown defends Diddy’s character.

Written by on October 23, 2024

The eldest son of the late Kim Porter, Quincy Brown, has strongly defended his adopted father, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs.

In a message posted over a month after Diddy’s arrest, Quincy stated that the allegations against the rapper, music producer, and business mogul are all conspiracy theories and lies aimed at tarnishing his father’s reputation.

Quincy expressed unwavering support for Diddy, emphasising that he and his siblings know the truth about their father and deeply love him.

Sharing a family photo on his Instagram page, the 33-year-old musician included Diddy, his 6 siblings, Diddy’s mother Janice Combs, and Diddy’s ex-partner, Dana Tran.

In the caption, Quincy revealed the impact of his father’s arrest on the family and blamed the media for spreading “false allegations” and creating sensationalised stories.

“The past month has devastated our family,” stated the artist. Interestingly, the 33-year-old has disabled the comment section on his feed.

Quincy went on to add that despite the vile images being painted of his dad and their family online, they remained united and in full support of the veteran music producer as they waited for the truth to vindicate him.

“Many have judged both him and us based on accusations, conspiracy theories, and false narratives that have spiralled into absurdity on social media. We stand united, supporting you every step of the way. We hold onto the truth, knowing it will prevail, and nothing will break the strength of our family. We miss you and LOVE YOU DAD,” the last of his post read.

Earlier this month, a 120-person sexual assault lawsuit was filed against Diddy. According to BBC News, Texas-based lawyer, Tony Buzbee announced that his firm would represent the victims, including some who allege they were abused while they were as young as nine years old.

The music mogul was arrested and taken into custody by Homeland Security Investigations on Monday, September 17, 2024, at the Park Hyatt Hotel in Manhattan, New York.

Diddy will remain in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn until May 2025 when his trial commences.

He is being accused of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution charges.  Prior to his arrest, Diddy was hit with numerous lawsuits accusing him of sexual assault after a video of him physically assaulting his ex-girlfriend Cassie went viral.
