Bradley Mtall, also known as Gen Z Goliath, has addressed the backlash he received from Kenyans after a video featuring him and a lioness at a zoo in Dubai went viral.
The video, part of a collaboration with the Zam Zam brothers, sparked a significant online response, with many expressing concern over how the content was perceived.
In a heartfelt message to his fellow Kenyans, Bradley clarified that the video was not intended to be disrespectful or harmful.
He explained that his goal was simply to create fun and engaging content for his fans.
Bradley emphasized that there was no malice involved, and his intention was never to foster negative feelings.
“I want to assure you all that there was no harm done. What you saw was me just having fun and creating content.
The Zam Zam brothers have been kind to me since I’ve been in Dubai. What you saw was simply part of the creative process that we go through as content creators. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t, but that’s part of the journey,” he stated.
Some critics labeled the content as “modern slavery,” but Bradley dismissed these claims, noting that the Zam Zam brothers have worked on similar projects with other content creators without any issues.
He insisted that his actions were not degrading or harmful and that he was merely enjoying the opportunity to create content for his audience.
Bradley mentioned that he had been in Dubai for a week and would stay for a month. Moving forward, he promised to be more thoughtful about the content he shared and assured his followers that their feedback is important to him.
“Your support means the world to me. I appreciate all the concern, but I was never in any danger,” he reassured his fans.
Despite receiving some negative comments about the video, Bradley took the opportunity to thank his supporters for their unwavering encouragement.
He acknowledged that while content creation can sometimes lead to mixed reactions, it ultimately revolves around having fun and sharing experiences with his audience.
He concluded by stressing that he would continue to listen to his fans and strive to create content that resonates with them.
“I will keep pushing forward, and your feedback helps me improve. You are the reason I am here, and I am grateful for every one of you. Let’s keep supporting each other,” Bradley said.
