 Yes, it is purely directed to everyone! How many times have you had a friend over and once they take off their shoes everything turns red? I have this friend Sheila (not her real name), sorry girl but I have to put it out there you have smelly feet honey!

This is to all Sheila’s out there and any male facing the smelly feet problem. You don’t have to not visit your friends, I have a solution for you;

1. Wash Your Feet Often.

Mom told you to wash your feet thoroughly, and she was right. Don’t just casually let the suds from your shower wash over your feet. You’ve got to exercise some tough love on them. Wash your feet with an antibacterial soap that will kill the bacteria.

2. Keep your feet dry.

 Bacteria live in moist areas, so keeping your feet dry will help to cut back on foot odor. You can apply talcum powder to your feet to soak up any wetness or sweat. If your feet are very sweaty, you can try using antiperspirant on the bottom of your feet.

3. Practice good hygiene.

 If you have stinky feet, you should wash your feet every day. You can wash them as you shower or you can scrub them in a tub with warm water. Dry your feet thoroughly, including between the toes. Don’t wait till they are all cracked up for you to wash them.

4. Take care of your footwear.

You should avoid wearing the same shoes two days in a row to let them air out. In addition, you can wash the insoles of your shoes to help them smell better. Another way to help reduce stinky feet is by using a disinfectant spray on your shoes and letting them air dry. This will kill off any bacteria living in your shoes.

5. Choose Your Socks Wisely

Your choice of socks will go a long way to helping you get rid of smelly feet. Wouldn’t it be great if wearing the right socks was the best remedy for stinky feet? Well, it might just be. Take a look in your sock drawer.

You have no reason to have smelly feet!

 Pampering yourself like getting you a foot spa date should be on your to do list, at least once or twice a month if you can afford it.
