Audio Review: Gere-Tanasha Donna x Diamond

In the backdrop of major speculation that the two are at loggerheads and not seeing eye to eye,Tanasha Donna and Diamond have dropped their duet Gere, a bona fide call out to their skeptics of their love life it seems.

The two sing about loving on each other and remaining immune to the skeptics,a befitting lyrical essence given the rumors they are currently marred by. The video shows the two cruising around in a vintage whip as it starts. The camera further cuts to a scene of them decked in colorful regalia with backing dancers in the background. Another scene shows them in stylish outfits at a supposed party,grinding on each other with bonfires plastered all around. There is no denying that the video depicts them as a very up loved pair,To any music critic,Tanasha vocal ability in this duet is remarkable and she could easily pass for Vanessa Mdee.

This is the second cut from Tanasha’s new EP whose tracklist she recently revealed. The EP also features yet-to-be released material a la Ride with Khaligraph Jones and a non-feature,Te amo.
