Normani,SZA And Megan Thee Stallion Are A Pop Culture Phenomenon On Rolling Stone

Three of the women who are deemed to shape the 2020 music landscape (and that of this decade,really) are on the March cover of Rolling Stones and flaunting insurmountable black excellence,just in time for black history month. Normani,SZA and Megan Thee Stallion have all had success with their past releases.

SZA’s debut album CTRL came out in 2017 and was commercial and chart success. She has since maintained a low profile but grapevine has it she is hard at work on her sophomore effort in Hawaii. Normani has on the other hand been on a roll;from releasing the smash hit Motivation to performing at the Video Music Videos. She also features on Birds of Prey’s soundtrack on the upbeat Diamonds with Megan Thee Stallion.

Megan Thee Stallion had an uber successful 2019 as well after the release of her debut album Fever and creating a viral social media craze dubbed hot girl summer that culminated in the released of the Nicki Minaj and Ty Dolla $ign collab with the same name.

The cover is dubbed The Takeover: Music’s Next Superstars and it is suffice to say that it could not be more aptly befitting.
