Mike Sonko responds to a woman demanding Sh448k monthly child support. The Former Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko now says he will not give even a shilling to a woman who has sued him for “neglecting their daughter”.

Mombasa Gubernatorial Candidate, Mike Sonko has denied himself from claims that he fathered a 15-year-old child with another woman and refused to pay child support.

The woman says the refusal by Sonko to attend to the child’s needs, yet he is a prominent person, has caused the minor emotional stress and ridicule among her peers.

According to Sonko, the unidentified woman has formed a habit of using her children to extort money from men, which she, in turn, uses to go partying, something he says he will not tolerate!

“Trouble gani sasa? Just like Jesus said “let children come to me…” Am kindly asking the lady alleging that she has my 15 years old kid to bring the kid to me,” Sonko tweeted.

The former Nairobi Governor requested that the kid’s mother should hand over the child for him to raise. Sonko added that the said woman recently lost custody over her two other children to her ex-boyfriend.

She said they entered into a relationship in 1999 which culminated in a romantic affair.
