Tyler Perry is an American actor, director, producer, billionaire and script writer. The media Mogul wealth is the creator and performer of the Madea character, a tough elderly woman. He is ranked to be on the same level as Winfrey, George Lucas among other billionaires.

Tyler Perry is building a luxe estate that’s fit for a King! The Mega-Mansion is reportedly 40,000 square feet of living. Perry’s project started in 2013 when he bought over 1200 acres of land in Douglasville, Georgia, a short drive from Tyler Perry Studio and about 20 Miles from downtown Atlanta.

This mega-mansion features approximately 40,000 square feet of living space, 8 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms and is worth approximately $100Million. Photos of the unfinished estate were shared by Black Enterprise revealing the properties of Greenery surrounding the home nicely.

AJC talks about how the billionaire purchased a 17- Acre mansion and purchased a 17-acre mansion in 2019. In 2015 he paid $30Million for 330 land which became Tyler Perry Studios. In addition he spent $250 Million on the construction and development of the famous studio.
