The Launch of Laugh Attack Tuesday at Number 7 CBD.

The launch of Laugh Attack Tuesday went down with a bumper run of pure comedy and extremely good vibes on the 9th of November 2021 at Number 7 in the CBD. The Concept is the product of a new partnership between Standup Collective (the show’s curators) and the management of Number 7 Bar and Restaurant.

The inaugural show featured the ‘Roast of the Bald Men’ represented ably by the Chairman, Bien of Sauti Sol, and his new partner in crime, Aaron Rimbui, the Sec. Gen. The bald men were set up for the Roast by Eugene Mbugua, a renowned media producer/ businessman, and curated by Beer Mug Doug. The event will be a weekly standup comedy showcase featuring Nairobi’s hottest comedians and periodic celebrity roasts.

Officially, the Nairobi CBD just got a whole lot funnier; come for next week’s edition prepared for a night of great hilarity and shenanigans. For the sake of managing numbers, attendance for subsequent shows is by reservations on the Standup Collective website.
