VERA SIDIKA REVEALS THAT SHE IS EXPECTING HER FIRST BABY.

Socialite Vera Sidika on Wednesday evening announced she is pregnant. The socialite who recently got married to singer Brown Mauzo revealed the pregnancy on her Instagram after keeping her fans waiting for what she referred to as the ‘The Big Reveal’.

She captioned the video on 16.06.2021, saying that ‘An adventure is about to begin. I love you so much my Husband Brown Mauzo.’ Her fans were overwhelmed and did not waste time and flooded Vera Sidika’s comments section with congratulatory messages.

Speaking about the pregnancy journey, she said that, the pregnancy is beautiful and stress-free. “No morning sickness, no symptoms pregnancy. God is good. I cook, eat everything, can jump, run maybe even somersault. No nothing,” she said.

“Not even a slight headache or nausea. The only symptom I had is a missed period. Sometimes I would be super amazed that we would go for ultrasounds with bae just to see our baby and make sure he/she is good.”

The couple’s pregnancy announcement comes roughly two months after she denied rumors during her Instagram Live to deny fast-spreading rumors that she was expectant. To prove her point, she showed off her ever-flat tummy, convincing netizens the news was nothing but rumors. 

“People have this narrative that I’m a bad b***h and should be having like 10 kids with different baby daddies by now,” she said.

“Let me tell you a secret: most bad girls are the most careful ones. Can’t just go around having babies with everyone. I have never gotten pregnant coz I always protect it. But the day I do, it’s because I am ready at that time and want it.”

As rumors surrounding her pregnancy continued to spread, a fan decided to give Vera their uncalled-for advice on who to conceive with if she wanted to have light-skinned children. According to the fan, Vera should bear children with a white man so that her children can come out looking lighter, a suggestion that greatly enraged her.

“You’ll have to give birth with a white man so that your baby comes out mixed because if it is with Brown Mauzo your children will get your ancestors’ skin color and come out dark,” wrote the fan.

Vera responded saying, “It is very unfortunate whenever someone writes, ‘Oh your baby will be dark or he/she won’t be cute because he/she will be dark. So y’all mean dark babies are not cute? It gets me sick to my damn stomach. And what is wrong with dark babies, aren’t they human?”

Days after going down on his knees, coastal artist Brown Mauzo and his lover Vera Sidika are undoubtedly having the time of their life and it seems that both have found happiness. Brown went ahead to react to congratulate his wife. The two have been spending quality time together down in Kenya’s coast and are giving fans no break, with a series of romantic videos and photos.
