10K for 1 minute! Jackie Matubia fearlessly announces her rate card.

Renowned Kenyan actress Jackie Matubia has disclosed the amount of money she charges for commercial advertisements.

The mother of two has shared on her Instagram page a list of rates and corresponding durations for advertisement services.

She also encouraged business owners who want to improve the sales of their products or services to contact her through email to hire her to advertise their businesses.

Matubia disclosed her rates for advertisement services, stating that she charges 2,500 Kenyan shillings for a 15-second advertisement and 10,000 shillings for a 60-second (one-minute) advertisement.

“Let’s collaborate! Contact via phone or email,” she said while sharing the advertisement details on her social media platforms.

“For 15 seconds Ksh 2,500, for 45 seconds Ksh 4,000, and for 60 seconds Ksh 10,000,” the mother of two made her rates public, informing them how her fees work if they were interested.

Jackie’s rate card pales in comparison to that of Crazy Kennar which is rumoured to be in dollars.  

Another celeb who divulged her rate card was Thicky Sandra who told 2mbili back in December 2023 that if you wanted to hire her for PR, it would cost you sh50k;

“It’s on my Instagram Ina depend, like for pressure it’s 50k.”

Even internationally prices are cheap. In early 2024, controversial Nigerian socialite, Bobrisky disclosed his rate card on his Instagram page, where he wrote.

“Lagos mummy prices increased. Just saying ‘hi’ to a Lagos mummy $2,000, Want to hug a Lagos mummy $5,000, Want a Lagos mummy to kiss you on the cheek $10,000, Short time with a Lagos mummy $100,000, All night Lagos mummy $300,000 , and I still haven’t given the price to marry the Lagos mummy.”
