Have you ever tried baking with Bailey’s Irish Cream? If you haven’t, it’s always nice to discover new things and l have a few recipes for you to try out.

Baileys brownies.

Are you planning on baking some brownies? Well try baking baileys brownies. Melt butter and chocolate together in the microwave and whisk together until smooth. Whisk in the sugar, eggs, vanilla and Baileys. Scoop butter into mini muffins tins almost to the top ( brownies will not rise much) Bake for 15-18 minutes.

Baileys pumpkin pie.

You don’t have to wait for thanksgiving for you to have a pie, make a pumpkin Baileys pie. Beat pumpkin and eggs in a medium bowl until creamy, beat in brown sugar and combine. Pour mixture into pie crust. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Baileys banana trifles.

Try making something exciting once in a while. Mix the cream with 1 tbsp of Baileys and set aside. Divide the brownie pieces between 6 glasses, then drizzle each with 1 tbsp of Baileys. Top with the sliced bananas, custard and Baileys cream, dividing equally, the drizzle with toffee sauce and finish with grated chocolate.

Bailey’s cheesecake.

Beat cream in small bowl until soft peaks form, stir in warm gelatin mixture into cream cheese mixture, fold in whipped cream and grated chocolate, pour into springform pan and refrigerate for 4-5 hours to set or overnight for a firmer cheesecake. Garnish with grated chocolate and whipped cream.
