Dinah Jane’s Sultry Triple Release Is Bona Fide Proof Her Solo Career Is Headed Skywise

Written by on April 30, 2019

Fifth Harmony alum Dinah Jane’s new releases are proof of the vocal powerhouse she is. After showing that she can hold her own with the 2018 upbeat Ty Dolla $ign and Marc E. Bassy-assisted Bottled Up, and signing to LA Rei’d’s Hitco label, Dinah Jane hell-bent in establishing herself as a solo act and force worth reckoning. And what better better time for that than now when her former bandmates are kicking butt with a string of bops.

After teasing for a while what looked more like an album and less like an EP,Dinah Jane finally dropped a 3-song project to utter excitement and critical acclaim. The sultry numbers showcase her impeccable vocal range and sonic versatility as they keep you all ears. The infectious ballads will get you all in your a few listens. Fix It is especially catchy with the repetitive hook. Something akin to some of Fifth Harmony’s smash hits Worth It and Work From Home.

With a colorful video to boot,Heard It All Before is in every ounce a hit. Dinah gives quite an eyeful as she croons about growing sick of the regular, overtold lies. Heck, she gives a stern warning too with the intrepid lyric: Save your energy for the next girl, cause she just ain’t me. With these promising numbers, her upcoming debut album is sure worth the wait.
