HOW TO HAVE A GOOD BREATH.

Have you ever talked to someone and wondered why they’re not comfortable with you coming closer to them? Most probably its because you had a bad breath and they didn’t want to tell you to your face. having a a smelly mouth? worry no more, I have a few tips on how to keep your mouth fresh;
Brush your teeth and tongue- This helps to remove all the food particles left in your mouth which create bacteria that makes your mouth have an awful smell.Your tongue holds sticky particles so be sure to brush it as well.
Floss daily- This is an essential part of your daily routine. It helps remove food particles and plaque where the toothbrush can’t reach .You can floss using a light string if don’t have dental floss, but also be careful not to hurt your gums in the process.
Gaggle water after eating- Even though saliva helps clearing the mouth it is not sufficient enough to remove all the particles left after in your mouth after having a meal.
Chew fresh mint leaves- Mint leaves give you that freshly aroma inside your mouth. Mint can also help with flu, so as you chew the leaves to freshen your mouth and you have to a have a flu the leaves can help you out.
Change your toothbrush every 3 months and immediately after a flu- Every time we brush our teeth we weaken the bristles which help in cleaning the teeth , its also advisable to change your toothbrush after a flu because once you use the toothbrush again it keeps on recurring.
Hydrate- In as much as the water help the body in different ways it also helps in keeping your mouth dehydrated and naturally fresh.
Make sure you have a fresh breath all the time especially if you engage with people all the time.
Remember that cleaning your teeth well can prevent, tooth cavities, gingivitis, tooth decay, cracked tooth and many others.
