Diamond Platinumz has revealed that part of his ride is to fly him to the venue via a private jet.

The Tanzanian singer said this during a press conference where he was asked about Davido’s contribution to his life.

“Davido is family to me and I respect his impact on my life. I am grateful for that.”

He further narrated the strategies he took to win the hearts of East Africans.

“I remember when I was starting music, I was only singing in my hometown Tandale. After that, I got a breakthrough in the entire country and then East Africa got to know me.”

He added;

“I had a strategy to break through in the entire Africa. Right now when you get me to do a show, I have to do it in a stadium. I had to have a strategy to break through.”

When he was asked whether he had any plans to do a show in Nigeria, Simba firmly said ;

“I have not done a show in Nigeria for a long time because they like to underestimate people. When shows come, I used to tell them how much I wanted, if they refuse I tell them I am not coming.”

The Wasafi owner further explained that he normally travels via a private jet. If the organization can’t get him that means he will not come for the show.

“I will come via a private jet, if you know you can’t get me that, I will not come. I cannot lack money for food because you refuse to do that. I will eat at my mother’s house.”

He finished by saying that his mission was to first hit Africa and then all the other continents.

“My first mission was to hit in Africa in a way that when you call me to any African country, I am able to fill stadiums. My second mission was to hit outside of the continent. You have to have a strategy.”
