“I’m the devil and I could kill you” – P Diddy.

The fourth week of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ high-profile federal trial in New York was anything but quiet.
With intense testimony, emotional revelations, and even a stern scolding from the judge, the courtroom was filled with dramatic moments.
Judge Arun Subramanian took a firm stance after Combs was seen nodding and making facial expressions toward the jury during a cross-examination.
Calling his behavior “absolutely unacceptable,” the judge warned that Combs could be removed from the courtroom if it happened again.
Combs’ legal team assured the court there would be no further incidents.
The warning came during the testimony of Bryana Bongolan, a former friend of Combs’ ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura.
Bongolan alleged that during a violent altercation in 2016, the Bad Boy Records founder held her over a 17th-floor balcony.
Combs has pleaded not guilty to multiple charges, including sex trafficking, racketeering with conspiracy, and transportation for prostitution.
In addition to Bongolan’s cross-examination, a woman referred to only as “Jane” gave disturbing testimony about her relationship with Combs, which began in 2021 and continued until his arrest in 2024.
Jane recalled the relationship starting off as luxurious, with extravagant trips and fine dining. But that soon gave way to darker experiences.
She told the court that Combs pressured her into what prosecutors described as “hotel nights” situations where she was expected to have sex with escorts while he watched.
“The first time opened a Pandora’s box in our relationship,” she said. “It was a door I couldn’t shut.”
Although she initially agreed, Jane testified that she later told Combs she no longer wanted to participate but he allegedly continued to pressure her.
She said that starting in April 2023, Combs paid \$10,000 a month to house her, which she felt made her feel trapped and obligated.
She also claimed he frequently supplied her with ecstasy, cocaine, and ketamine.
Bongolan’s testimony came under intense scrutiny from the defense, led by attorney Nicole Westmoreland. T
They highlighted inconsistencies between her current testimony and past statements, even suggesting that Combs might not have been in the same city at the time of the 2016 balcony incident.
Prosecutors responded by presenting photos taken by Bongolan and her former girlfriend, showing bruises she claimed came from that same night.
They also introduced a 2016 text message from Cassie Ventura, in which she described Combs choking and threatening Bongolan.
Bongolan also described witnessing Cassie with visible injuries, including a black eye, and alleged that both women had used drugs provided by Combs.
In one particularly harrowing account, she said Combs threw a knife at Ventura, who threw it back.
During a Malibu photoshoot, Bongolan recalled Combs telling her, “I’m the devil and I could kill you.”
However, under cross-examination, Bongolan often claimed she couldn’t remember key conversations with prosecutors, giving the defence more ammunition to question her reliability.
The jury also heard from forensic video expert Frank Piazza, who verified that surveillance footage showing Combs assaulting Ventura in a hotel hallway had not been altered.
Closing out the week, testimony ended for “Mia,” a former assistant who accused Combs of rape.
Defence attorneys questioned her credibility, pointing to past positive social media posts and messages about her time working for him.
Staff from the Beverly Hills Hotel also testified, describing the unusual amount of cleaning required after Combs’ stays, reportedly due to extensive oil damage in the rooms.
