Kabugi comes clean and claims he didn’t date Sherly Gabriella.

Content creator Kabugi has addressed rumours that he is romantically involved with Sheryl Gabriella.

The two make content together and so that has allowed Kenyans to assume there is more than meets the eye.

Sheryl celebrated her 23rd birthday a few days ago, and locked lips with a new man said to be her bae. 

Kenyans in an outpouring of sympathy, tagged Kabugi as they urged him to remain strong.

He hasn’t spoken about it until now in a Q&A with fans. He encouraged all sorts of queries that he was open to addressing. The most interesting question was his real relationship with Sheryl

“You mean you guys ain’t dating?” read the question to him.

He answered by tagging a video of him and Sheryl in an interview speaking about their perceived closeness. Sheryl explained by saying, “We have never dated. We have never been a couple. We’ve been business partners.” 

Kabugi penned his agreement with her claim,

“Lakini ni nini ilikuwa ngumu hapa. You should let people have Chemistry without practicing biology.”

Kabugi also responded to Kenyans’ sympathy when Sheryl kissed her new boyfriend after a question that asked, “Was u jealous when ur workmate kissed her boyfriend?”

He said, “Workmate washika dau, do you get jealous when people step ahead. If yes, take it from me those should be your best moments,” he shared a peace sign emoji.

Another fan was not content and insisted he address the dating rumours, “Mi naona unakuanga umecrashia Sheryl.”

He reacted, “Yes I do, she is an actress, singer, journalist and still does all that unshaken. She is a perfect description of ‘Bidii’ Why wouldn’t you wish to do all that as a creative, Most creatives must be having a crush on her as well.”

Other fans urged him to move on as well. His reaction; “Manataka mnitese nishindwe kucreate content.”
