Kanye’s wife could face imprisonment for walking without wearing underwear.

Bianca Censori, Kanye West’s wife, may face imprisonment or a fine of €15,000 for violating decency laws in Paris.

On Tuesday, the 29-year-old Yeezy designer wore her most revealing outfit to date, appearing without underwear under sheer stockings during a public stroll with her husband Kanye West.

Bianca did not attempt to conceal her private parts or cover the rear in the outfit, as a surprised crowd rushed to take pictures, as reported by the Daily Mail.

She also appeared to be without a shirt or bra under the cropped fur jacket when she returned to the Ritz Hotel with Kanye, who was wearing a cap, after enjoying dinner at Ferdi.

While Kanye’s wife may be unfamiliar with exposing her body publicly, her recent act may pose issues for French officials if found to violate their decency laws.

Article 222-32 of the new penal code (in effect since March 1, 1994) in France states: ‘Deliberately displaying nudity in front of the eyes of others in a publicly accessible place is punishable by one year in prison and a fine of one hundred thousand francs [€15,000].’

Nudity itself is not synonymous with indecency, however, as a lawmaker stated: ‘Charges have been formulated to eliminate any possibility of cases against people practicing naturism in designated areas for this purpose.’

This is not the first time Bianca has risked running afoul of the law due to her provocative behaviour during vacations.

Last year, Bianca faced the risk of a €10,000 fine and imprisonment during the couple’s trip to Italy, where she was seen walking ‘nude’ in the European nation.
