Kaveve Kazoze gang pleads for financial aid

Kaveve Kazoze hit makers are pleading for financial aid after alleging that Mike Sonko failed to keep his promise.

The musicians in their opinion felt that the song didn’t give them much profit.

When asked where they spent all the money the song gave them, the group openly shared their downer.

“Ikifika kwa hii song ya Kaveve Kazoze, haikumake pesa mob ili monetiziwa na mwenye beat, mwenye beat ndio alikuwa anachukua hizo doh.

Wakati imefika 4 million views hapo ndio tulichanuka tukajua inaezatoka kwa monetization yake ikuje kukuwa yetu sasa. 

Venye watu wanasema tukona doh juu ya hiyo ngoma, hiyo ngoma imetupea fame…jina ni kubwa lakini doh hakuna.”

The group added that they no longer get called to perform shows and that most organisers use the “economy” as an excuse to shut them down.

“Ikifika ni kuenda shows, watu wa shows wanalia shida wanasema economy.”

When they were asked how they felt after Mike Sonko promised to support them after their coast trip but later dumped them as they alleged, Ngesh had a lot to say regarding the matter.

In a hurtful tone, she expressed her disappointment by pointing out how much it hurt her feelings and killed her spirit.

“Enyewe mtu hufeel ako down”

She added that most people thought that the group had money and social media played a key factor in convincing people that they do have money which wasn’t the truth.

According to her, dreams and reality were two different things.

She said;  “unajua pale kwa mtandao watu walichachisha, hao walichachisha tukona doh. 

Hadi huku nje watu wanafikiria ukona doh na hakuna venye tunaeza waambia hatuna doh.”

The group concluded by saying the biggest thing that Mike Sonko had done for them and how hurt they were after he didn’t deliver his part of the deal.

“Alitupeleka show na akatulipia flight…….alafu aka tupiga luku na accomodation na fare ya kurudi.

Sasa after hapo zile promises alikuwa ametupromise ziliishia hapo. Hadi hajai fwatilia kuona venye wasanii wanaenda.”
