“My biggest mistake is marrying a single mother” – Mwana Mtule.

Gospel singer Mwana Mtule has now come clean and alleged he was never poisoned.

Initially, the singer had told his fans the reason for his hospitalization at Kenyatta National Hospital was poisoning by someone close to her.

In an interview with SPM Buzz, Mwana Mtule shared

“ I married a single mother of three.

I got married to Celestine she isn’t a bad person but her character was bad.

She once posted me and when her ex-husband asked her she claimed I was a content creator.

I was hurt by her words and public denial and decided to walk away.

I was accused of being kept by a woman when I was the breadwinner of the family.

I would interact with different people including my fans and that would make her insecure.

She is older than me. At some point, she started stalking me.”

Mtule played the victim and admitted to beating the “wife” but it was out of provocations he got from her.

“Yes, I beat her and it’s not a bad thing I normally beat women. She also defended herself I wasn’t just beating her and she did nothing.

I beat her up after she accused me of cheating on her. She apologized and I came back to the house.

I was not poisoned, I ask for forgiveness from Kenyans.

It is the woman whom I married and her ex-husband who made me land in the hospital.

I was being bullied and there was pressure and it ended up piling up.”

Mtule says the end of the road was when Celestine accused him of sleeping with the house help.

“Single mothers are not bad but some are not truthful. If you are still keeping in touch with your baby daddy why lie?

He went on to add

“Put your faith in God and not in people. People will end up disappointing you.

My family disappointed me.”
