Rayvanny and Vera Sidika finally address burning issues.

Fans were disheartened after Tanzanian hit musician Rayvanny failed to show up for his much-anticipated Toronto show this past weekend.

The singer together with Kenya’s socialite dive Vera Sidika were expected to attend the event but they left fans waiting.

The two earlier today took to their social media handles to bring to light the reason they had yet to show up.

Rayvanny expressed his regret, saying: “I feel so sorry and very bad for my fans in Toronto. I prepared and planned for the show, but so many issues arose that prevented it from happening. I arrived very late, and by the time I got to the venue, there were misunderstandings.

I love you all very much, but what happened today was beyond my control. I traveled for many hours to entertain you, but unfortunately, I couldn’t join you today. I know you are very disappointed, and I am deeply sorry. We will meet with the organizers and announce a new date. Everyone who bought tickets will enter for free. Again, I am so sorry, my people in Canada.”

Vera echoed Rayvanny’s sentiments, sharing his message and describing the situation as “messy.” She added: “After a long flight and being ready on time (I didn’t even rest when I landed), I wasn’t able to see you all last night. So unfortunate. By now, you all know the mistake wasn’t on my side. I’m very professional, but it was beyond my control.”

Vera was also expected to attend a Swahili Festival but had to skip it. She explained: “I won’t be coming as my team hasn’t received any communication on flights and event arrangements, even after following up. This is beyond our control.”
