Rev. Lucy Natasha has disclosed the source of her wealth while denying involvement in money laundering services, commonly referred to as “Wash Wash.”

In an interview with Betty Kyallo, she shared:

“As I started getting international invitations, I started writing books, I currently have 12 books. I have a YouTube channel with over 500K subscribers, We are monetised. I earn over 10,000$ (Sh1.2 million) a month through YouTube. I am a businesswoman who deals with real estate, I am a motivational speaker who has even been invited globally. When people see a successful pastor they assume it is because of offering. We have partners who support our ministry. I do not know anything about Wash Wash.”

Natasha added;

‘We have nothing to hide. I grew up in Mathare slums. I wanted to be the first person in my family to rewrite our history, I wanted to break the shackles of poverty. I am the first person to travel abroad (South Africa). I have so far travelled to 50 Nations in the world.”

Lucy also told off people criticising her for being ‘flashy’ saying;

According to Natasha, she is just a girl who wants to look good, smell good, and have smooth skin. In an interview with Betty Kyallo, she shared

“The ones that judge you do not know me personally. I am not Jesus, I represent Jesus. I am a human being at the end of the day, the challenge we have is people want us to be perfect. If you see me slaying just let me be.”

She also revealed that she was born with speech struggles.

“I was born a stammerer but God restored my speech at age 9. I was a shy kid, always behind the scenes because kids would make fun of me. It was at the age of 19 that I chose to pursue Ministry.”
