“Shame on you!” Flaqo speaks on police brutality.

Content creator Flaqo Raz expressed frustration at the killings of countless youthss by the police as the wave of protests continues. The comedian lamented that it is emotionally draining, with millions of young Kenyans unhappy at the turn of events.

“Honestly We need a break, But break means slowing down?meaning no breaks afterall tena unajam….Eloi Eloi💔😭✊🏽”

He commended young people for their bravery and for peacefully articulating their concerns.

“The Young Generation of Kenya speak one voice!✊🏽🇰🇪Courage ,Bravery and standing unfazed for what is right.Truth!✊🏽✊🏽Rest In Peace to all our heroes that were heartlessly killed fighting for the future of Kenya💔😔 This will not go in vain#rejectfinancebill2024 VIVA!!” he penned in one post on his Instagram.

A child was shot dead in Rongai as police opened fire on protesters using live bullets during peaceful marches in Kisumu and Nairobi. 

Flaqo condemned the act.

“They shot a kid in Rongai, a small harmless boy, …The killings in Githurai are being swept under the carpet …a small boy just got shot” he expressed frustration with broken heart emojis.

“Shooting at people’s children heartlessly like this.

They were sent to put bullets in small children ..stopping at nothing, they know no humanity! Shame on you!!”

Hundreds of businesses have also been looted, with Flaqo also addressing this. Some owners have also come forward to speak about it as well.

Kieni MP Njoroge Wainaina said he lost over Sh550 million last Tuesday after his supermarket was raided and vandalized.

Flaqo called it unwarranted;

“Looting. Hi sasa ni ufala watu wameanza, u r taking us 10 steps back,  this ain’t it at this point, No.”
