Kenyan singer George Muchai, also known as Madtraxx, has responded to allegations of physically abusing his wife, Salma Hussein.

In a phone interview with Ankali Ray, Madtraxx neither confirmed nor denied the abuse accusations.

He acknowledged that he and his wife had experienced a ‘toxic’ phase in their relationship in the past.

“She just wants attention, They are old photos we were in a toxic cycle. She is just looking for a way to grab my attention, we are no longer together. I have the kids. She disappeared, do not. I do not know why she is trying to get everybody emotional and she knows the truth. She hopes she will get a reaction from me. I no longer ride in that train.”

On June 7, Salma Hussein took to Instagram to share several photos that appeared to show evidence of severe physical abuse, including images of a black eye, a swollen face, and bruised hands

In her posts, Hussein alleged that she had been in an abusive relationship for a decade.

“Never have I thought I’ll be beaten in my life… but I married an animal!! Y’all superstar Madtraxx!”

My whole life I’m battling anxiety, fear, and trauma!! Just because of this guy !!#10 years with a woman abuser!”

Among the photos shared by Salma Hussein was an OB (Occurrence Book) number, indicating that she had reported the abuse to the police.

Additionally, she posted a doctor’s report from 2021, which described various injuries, including bruises around her left eye, bruising on her upper limb and knees, soft tissue injury to the head, and scratch marks on her left leg suggesting that the abuse has been ongoing for years.
