Anytime I hear of Baileys Irish Cream, my mind thinks of various exciting things I can do with it. As I was writing this article I thought to myself, last weekend I made a “bomb shot” out of Baileys and why not share it with you guys.
The Cherry Bombshell.
1 oz of Baileys Irish Chocolate Cherry.
½ oz of spiced Rum.
Chocolate sauce.
Mix the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Rim shot glass with chocolate sauce.
Strain into shot glass and garnish with cherry.
B52 Shot Cocktail.
½ oz of Baileys Irish Cream.
½ Grand of Marnier.

Once you layer the three liqueurs, the resulting flavor is something like café l’orange or a caramel candy with hints of orange.

1 oz of Baileys Irish Cream.
½ coffee liquor.
Whipped cream and a chocolate covered espresso bean.
Mix ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Strain into a shot glass.
Add whipped cream and chocolate covered in espresso bean.
Baileys Irish milk and honey.
1 oz of Baileys Irish Cream liqueur.
0.5 oz of Bushmills Irish honey.
Dash of Angustura.
Add Baileys Irish Cream liqueur, BushMills Irish honey and ice into a shaker.
Shake and serve chilled in a tell shot glass.
Top it off with a dash of Angostura.
Baileys shamrock shake.

5 drops of food coloring, yellow.
