Zari spills the beans on who brought Shakib to Young, Famous and African.

Entrepreneur and mother of five Zari Hassan has spilt the beans. She recently revealed that she was the one who introduced her current husband Shakib Cham to the Netflix reality show, Young, Famous and African.

Shakib will be featured in the next season of the show.

“We are doing the Young, Famous, and Africa reality series and I brought in Shakib but I don’t know about Zuchu, whether she is part of the reality show.”

Zari has been shooting the reality show in South Africa with her baby daddy Diamond Platnumz.  Last year, the mother of five said she had sold all the rights of her wedding footage to Netflix.

“Shakib and I had our wedding in South Africa, and we sold the exclusive rights to Netflix for their upcoming show, ‘The Young Famous and African’. Those who want to know what happened should wait for the new season.”

Meanwhile, Zari and her husband are experiencing marital trials. She admitted that they are giving each other space. 

“I said let me give myself space because we have been having issues since last year. When he went back to Uganda, it was more like giving ourselves space to see how this goes.”

She apologized for a video she took with Diamond Platnumz; her ex-lover and baby daddy, which showcased them holding hands.

“From the bottom of my heart, I’m sorry that I hurt him like that, I should have been more responsible. For that, I apologize.”
