Popular columnist Gabriel Oguda has been found.

Hope for Kenyans as one key activist has been found.

Gabriel Oguda has been found alive and well. His brother Zachary Oguda took to his Twitter page to announce his safe return.

His post read;

“ GAB IS FREE. I can’t thank you much Twitter community for coming through for our family when we needed you. Ahsanteni sana.” 

His brother disclosed that Gabriel was being held captive in Kajiado.

News of his abduction was reported yesterday by his brother ahead of the planned Tuesday protest. Other key vocal activists have been abducted, but their whereabouts have not yet been disclosed to the public.

Around ten activists were abducted yesterday so that they could not appear for the nationwide demonstrations.

They include Osman Otero, Shad Khalif, Franjee, Kasmuel Mcoure and Fred Mwangi.
